CAIT is the result of a collaborative partnership of products, companies, and specialists with decades of experience in the tobacco, cold storage, and treatment industries. Through the skilled installation of insulated metal panel (IMP) wall systems, our proprietary room-sealing techniques, and our innumerous list of satisfied customers, we are confident that your next project will exceed your expectations.

The concept behind the treatment is simple: reduce the oxygen levels as low as possible, and all stages of the insect - egg, larvae, pupae or adult - are unable to survive. The atmosphere in the rooms can easily be controlled to the desired result via one of our in-house generators or a separate bottle system. Because our rooms use insulated panel wall construction, which are then sealed bubble-tight using flexible and gastight methods, the operator is also able to adjust temperature and humidity with high precision and isolation between both rooms and the ambient environment.

Industry-shaping refrigeration and energy management technologies are also a specialty of ours, utilizing our in-house UL-listed 500A-panel shop, allowing us to customize every project to your specific needs. CAIT CHAMBER PRO

The CAIT Chamber Pro is a portable treatment container capable of handling larger quantities larger than our standard Chamber. Intended to be a semi-permanent drive-in structure, the Chamber Pro is still able to be relocated to different areas or buildings based on changes in production or scheduling. This all-in-one solution has all the required equipment built in, so setup is as easy as sealing the Chamber Pro to the floor and plugging it in! Through the use of central controls, multiple Chambers can be stacked together for increased capacity.

The idea of the Chamber Pro was to marry the portability of our smaller Chamber with the capacity and efficiency afforded to our full-scale customers. The Chamber Pro is constructed of insulated metal panel (IMP), the very same used in our whole-building wall system installations, and finished using our proprietary room-sealing techniques that has gained us our renowned reputation and our innumerous list of satisfied customers. To this end, the Chamber Pro also features a vertical-lift SalcoUSA Gastight Insulated CA door, which is the industry standard in bubble-tight CA. The Chamber Pro also features a PSA nitrogen generator from Storage Control Systems, an industry leader in controlled atmosphere storages & technologies for over 35 years.
